As the former Head of Contracting at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and a career federal acquisition executive, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience managing complex procurement operations at both domestic and international levels. My team and I have led, supported, and executed over 10,000 contract actions across the Departments of Defense, State, Commerce, Veterans Affairs, and multiple non-cabinet agencies—spanning mission support, overseas logistics, acquisition policy development, vendor partnerships, cradle to grave procurement execution, and everything in between.
